All of our meats are smoked low and slow with seasoned fruit wood and our own special blend dryrub. We hand pull our pork so there is no fat or gristle. We wrap our baby back ribs and chicken leg quarters after a few hours so there is just the right amount of smoke flavor. Sauce is not needed but if you like sauce we have Sweet Baby Rays on the side for you!
Our sides of coleslaw, macaroni salad and baked beans are all homemade.
